 3 Bed, 2 Bath Luxury Pool Home. Bring your family and enjoy the Florida sunshine while you enjoy your favorite drink by the pool. Located in a quiet, deed restricted neighborhood on a culdesac. Minutes away from Super Walmart and 40 minutes away from the beach. Ocean front view restaurants in downtown Punta Gorda . 

Near airport, Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Boca Grande and North Port.

The pool has a solar heat, but heating is contingent on sunlight.

We are available 24/7 by text during your stay for you to communicate with us.

Our neighborhood is quiet and well manicured. Certain areas are good for walking or riding bikes. The culdesac is ideal for kids to play not having to worry about traffic. Shopping is only minutes away.

Downtown Punta Gorda has a beautiful waterfront park good for walking, having picnics or riding bikes.

A separate agreement from owner must be signed. After booking please provide your email address. Since we live in a Deed Restricted community there are certain POA rules that must be agreed upon. We email the agreement and can be signed digitally.

Note about pets: 2 dog maximum. They must be 25 lbs or under.
We charge a pet fee of $75 per dog per stay.
